RAO/CIS Offshore is a national forum with a rich history, internationally recognized and firmly established in the calendar of offshore oil and gas conventions around the world. Organizers: Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation, Federal Agency for Natural Resources, Research Council of Russian Academy of Sciences for Geology, Oil & Gas and Coal Resources Development, Gazprom, Rosneft Oil Company, Gazprom VNIIGAZ, RESTEC Exhibition Company.

RAO/CIS Offshore Exhibition will showcase projects of oil & gas fields development in Russian Arctic and the CIS continental shelf, equipment and technologies for drilling and development of offshore oil & gas fields, means of protection and safety etc.

The Conference program of the Forum is formed under the coordination of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, the Russian Academy of Sciences and the active participation of leading Russian companies involved in major oil & gas projects in the Arctic and on the continental shelf.
