Autonomous Navigation Technologies Promotion Center MARINET RUT was established in 2021 in Russian University of Transport.
The goals of the Center MARINET RUT are:
- Promotion of autonomous navigation technologies in order to increase safety of shipping
- Support joint international projects in the field of autonomous navigation, including personnel training for MASS, development of legal base, scientific exchange in the field of technology.

Design, construction and operation of ships and marine structures
Special-purpose vessels, ice-breakers, vessels for offshore operations support
Marine structures, floating drilling rigs and facilities for oil and gas extraction, exploring and geological estimation of offshore oil and gas resources
