Marine Technical Center (MTC) is a leading Russian developer and manufacturer of marine seismic equipment for exploration and monitoring of hydrocarbon deposits.
We provide a full development cycle: design of mechanical, electrical and electronic parts of devices and complexes, as well as development of design documentation, technological development and preparation of production.
MTC production includes installation, assembly, metalworking, pouring and adjustment sections.
The equipment developed and manufactured by us has been successfully operated since 2019. At the moment, several seismic exploration complexes have been manufactured, consisting in total of more than 7,000 autonomous bottom stations of various depths: from 200 meters to 3 kilometers.
In addition to bottom stations, seismic exploration complexes also include related equipment: mobile laboratories servicing bottom stations, complex mechanical complexes solving the problems of lowering and lifting bottom stations to the bottom of water areas.
We also develop equipment that implements the tasks of precise towing of pneumatic sources used in geological exploration work using specified coordinates.
In view of the need to import substitution of marine products, one way or another related to oil production and having competencies in the development of marine equipment, our company has opened several new areas of activity, including the production of OSR equipment.
So, at the moment we are developing OSR equipment: heavy oil skimmers, heavy sea booms and light booms.
