The Transneft Pipeline Research and Development Transport Institute is engaged in research and experimental work on the study of the mechanical and chemical properties of steel pipes of long-term pipelines, the creation of a regulatory framework for calculations of the strength and durability of oil product pipelines and reservoir tanks based on the actual properties of the metal of long-term pipelines.
